This notice explains the information RUVVI currently uses to operate accounts, profiles, community features, Sparks, Digital Dates, safety tools, the partner shop, Product Lab, and the private owner workspace.
Account and session information
A RUVVI account stores your private sign-in email, chosen display name, password hash, recovery-code hash, account status, sign-in protection records, and active session records. RUVVI does not store your readable password or readable recovery code. If you continue with Google or another supported identity provider, it may pass a verified account identifier or email to RUVVI for sign-in and owner verification. Those identifiers are not displayed on your public profile.
Information members provide
Profile details, pronouns, story, interests, optional approximate location, connection goals, music links, photos, posts, comments, board activity, group memberships, Constellation connections, messages, Sparks, gifts, meetup invitations, Digital Date plans, and shared room responses may be stored so those features work across visits.
What other members can see
Only information allowed by your profile and post visibility choices is displayed to other members. Private sign-in email addresses are not shown. Approximate location follows your profile setting. Sparks remain private unless interest is mutual. Messages are limited to the people in that conversation, subject to safety and lawful-access needs.
Photos, music, and shared media
Uploaded photos are resized and stored in protected media storage. Access checks apply to private profile and post images. Music and shared-media links use the official service; that service applies its own privacy terms when its player or site opens.
Digital Date camera connections
Camera and microphone access begins only after you choose it in an accepted private date room. Video and audio are intended to travel directly between the two participants and RUVVI does not record the call. RUVVI temporarily stores connection-signaling data so the two browsers can connect. Peer-to-peer calling and the connection service may expose network information needed to establish the call.
Injection Explorer
The Injection Volume Checker runs in your browser. The medication, prescribed amount, and concentration you enter are not submitted to a RUVVI account, database, advertiser, or partner. Do not enter private health details anywhere else on the site.
Partner Shop and outside retailers
RUVVI records an aggregate click count when a paid retailer link is used. The retailer processes purchases, payment, shipping, returns, and its own tracking under its privacy policy. RUVVI does not receive your card or shipping details through the current partner shop.
Product Lab research
Joining the Product Lab panel is optional. RUVVI stores your broad research-topic and participation-format preferences, consent version, consent date, applications, study status, completion status, and payment-confirmation date so the program can operate. Each open study shows the sponsor, eligibility, time, compensation, and information collected before you apply. Clients cannot browse panel members and do not receive private RUVVI profiles, photos, messages, Sparks, browsing activity, or health information. The current site does not collect banking credentials or process research payments; a separate appropriate payout method must be confirmed before selected participation.
Safety and business records
Reports, blocks, moderation actions, beta feedback, and business inquiries are restricted to the owner workspace and safety operations. Reported members are not shown the reporter's identity. RUVVI may preserve relevant records to investigate abuse, protect people, enforce rules, or comply with lawful obligations.
Your controls
You may make your profile private, disable discovery or Sparks, hide location, remove your own content where a control is available, leave conversations, block members, report concerns, withdraw a pending Product Lab application, or leave the Product Lab panel. Leaving the panel does not remove community access. Self-service account deletion and complete data export are still being prepared. Until available, use the RUVVI business contact form or email shown on the home page to request help.
Security and limits
RUVVI uses access checks, private media rules, rate limits, secure cookies, and owner-only controls, but no online service can promise perfect security. Do not post legal names, home addresses, medical records, financial details, passwords, or other highly sensitive information.
Adults only
RUVVI's community accounts are for adults age 18 or older. Do not create an account if you are under 18.
Changes
This notice will be updated when data practices materially change. New payment, advertising, professional-directory, or merchandise services must be described before they are treated as active.
